Bulgur salad
Ingredients

Steps
- Let cook 3/4 cup bulgur while preparing the following veggies.
- Slice the radish, cucumber, grape tomatoes, walnuts and raisins and add to a bowl.
- Wash the canned corn and black beans and add to the same bowl.
- Add in the bulgur once it is cooked.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and lime juice to it, mix well and enjoy.
