Mint rice

Steps
- Let cook 1 cup rice while preparing the following paste.
- Roast the cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, sliced onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and green chilli in 1/2 tbsp oil for
5 mins.
- Add sambar powder, washed mint and coriander leaves and saute for 5-10 mins until well cooked.
- Let the mixture cool and blend it.
- Mix with the cooked rice and enjoy.
